Message	I have replaced several and performed more 5spd swaps than I care to remember. Not that, that makes a difference its all heresay as far as you know, none the less the slave cylinder is bolted to the bell housing which is empty air inside, no fluid. I dont see that as relaying your experience, since you just told zul8tr he was wrong. I dont know what your doing or looking at but removing the slave cylinder will not cause trans fluid to leak out.
